As we head into what many call ‘The Holiday Season’, here are my crystal recommendations:
Crystals for the Holiday Season
Sometimes when we gather with family, we find ourselves reverting into old habits, behaviors, and feelings. We may say to ourselves, “what is going on?? This isn’t who I am anymore!" Black Tourmaline can help. It is a wonderful protective and grounding crystal. And, it can drain unneeded/unwanted energy from your energy field. Imagine it like a drain plug - pull it and everything you want to wash away from your energy field swirls away like it’s going down a drain.

Green Aventurine
For some of us, the winter holidays can be a time of loneliness. We look at social media and see everyone gathering with loved ones and we may be missing a loved one who passed, or wishing for family we don’t have. For this I recommend spending time with Green Aventurine. It is a gentle heart opener. Take it with you and spend a little time in nature. Remember that this Earth is your home and you have a purpose here. Also, I highly recommend if this is your situation that you take a break from social media until January 2nd!
Crystals for 2024
Malachite
So many clients and customers I talk to have been doing deep spiritual and energy work. If this resonates with you, then you may be ready to start working the Malachite. It is a powerful heart opener. It is an energetic crystal so it is ok if you need to take breaks!
