I am SO delighted that I was able to get some amazing palm stones and towers of a crystal that is pretty new in the crystal world, Caribbean Calcite. Getting to know new crystals is so fun! I had impressions of the crystal that didn’t jive with some of what I had heard about it’s energy, so I asked my dear sister, Spiritual Medium Erika Gabriel if she would also meditate with the crystal and share her experiences on my blog. “Caribbean calcite, what a special stone.”

It took me a few days to connect with this stone. Everytime I went to it and picked it up, the vibration was so subtle for me at first that I knew I needed a really solid, clear head and some focused carved out time to be able to tune in with this stone.

When I finally got the space, I decided to do some breath work and gentle meditation with it.

I didn’t do a super deep meditation where I went in with my spirit guides and angels, I just decided to breathe and hold the stone. Once I tuned in I felt a very, very calming vibration from the stone.

Thats when I noticed that my pants were too tight! Totally not kidding! They were kind of “slimming“ (whatever that means) leggings and the stone was so earthy for me and grounding for me that I felt like I needed to take deeper, lower breaths once tuned Into it.

My pants were really squeezing my lower stomach which did not work well with this special stone!

That being said it was clear to me that the stone was working with my lower chakras therefore assisting in grounding and being present and therefore making me very calm.

At the end of this meditation I felt super “blissed out”, that’s the best way I can describe it. It was almost a “zen like” experience. I found I felt calm and present in the moment.

I would say this is a beautiful stone for grounding, calming, centering and a stone that works very well with accessing the lower chakras. A total chill out stone.

I’ve read people have found that this stone works with the higher chakras therefore connecting you to the spiritual realms. What I think is happening is that people are able to ground in the body and then therefore move up and connect with higher spiritual realms. When you ground into the body and quiet the mind is When Spirit communication becomes possible. I think with the stone is doing is the grounding and calming not the higher chakra accessing.

I would not advise using the stone while you’re driving because you may space out too much. I think this is going to be a powerful stone for 2021 as were all being called upon being very present in our own space and not panicking with all that’s going on around us.
